I get it – eating healthy has become much more complicated in the past few years. Should we eat fruit? Should we eat fat? Conventional veggies are good right? There is so much information out there online and in person – everyone is an expert! I completely understand why it has become so difficult to navigate healthy eats these days.
This is where I will step in. I will help you navigate your kitchen – organize it to your best advantage. I will plan easy, healthy and delicious meals – heck I can even do the grocery shopping for you. I will show you step by step how to prepare healthy meals in less than an hour dinner CAN be served!
I have spent the last 2 years in Nutrition school where I have learned the theory of nutrition. I have also just completed the Culinary Nutrition Expert program where I learned how to create recipes for certain illnesses, plan an effective weekly meal plan as well as had the opportunity to recipe test plenty of yummy plant-based meals.
I am aware that many of us have allergies and sensitivities to foods these days. I take pleasure in creating meals that are directly related to your eating regime. Just a quick heads up is all that is really needed. I prefer to cook gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free with minimal meat and eggs. Basically, I create plant-based delicacies!
